Build H1's hiring engine from the ground up — sourcing researchers, analysts, and storytellers who can operate at the intersection of policy, capital, and mission.
EA to the executive director. Keep leadership focused on the work that matters by owning the operational details that make a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary foundation run smoothly.
Support H1's economics research domain — modeling, data work, and literature review that feeds directly into published policy packages.
Lead H1's donor strategy and major-gift relationships. Build and run the day-to-day fundraising operation — campaigns, donor pipeline, and stewardship — that keeps H1's research funded.
Lead diligence and portfolio strategy for the Type 1 Fund, working closely with technical founders building toward Type I capability.
Source and evaluate early-stage companies across fusion, space, and materials science for the Type 1 Fund's active pipeline.
Support the investment team with market research, technical diligence, and portfolio monitoring across our four focus verticals.
Own H1's visual and narrative identity across every channel — translating dense research into content people actually want to engage with.
Plan and produce original video content — from policy explainers to fund updates — that carries H1's mission beyond the page.
Cut and shape the video content that makes H1's research and mission legible to a public audience.
Run H1's public-facing channels, building an audience that understands why a deliberate civilizational trajectory matters.
Manage budgets, scheduling, and vendor relationships for H1's media and creative operations, keeping ambitious content production running on time and on budget.
